Ensuring a high-quality finish in the Lumley office was a priority for fit-out contractor Focus Construction Interiors Limited. The work involved partitioning with negative detailing, acoustic treatments, and feature ceilings.

In addition, Focus supplied and installed the internal staircase a job that entailed structural strengthening of the structure, with large steel beams, and cutting through a reinforced concrete floor to create the stair opening.
