It's not just the interior of the show home that has been designed with entertaining in mind. The outdoor living areas and pool were also designed to provide an entertainment oasis, says Evan R Horning of Neptune Pools.
"The pool is the focus of attention outdoors, and it needed to fit the grand scale and style of the home," he says.
To create such a bold feature, Neptune Pools constructed a custom concrete pool that fits the natural contours of the site. The pool, which has an Emerald Bay Pebble Tec lining and natural flagstone coping, incorporates a shallow beach feature within one bay, and built-in circular seating around the perimeter of another bay. There is also an arched bridge and adjoining spa that reinforce the resort-style ambiance of the landscape.
Horning says the pool has an in-floor cleaning system and salt chlorination, and comes with a remote control for easy operation.
