Carving a niche
Character moldings from Enkeboll Designs give a cultivated accent to contemporary kitchen design
O ften, it's the detailing and architectural accents that give an indefinable edge to a new or remodeled kitchen.
Traditionally, designers have resorted to custom carpentry to create these finishing touches. However, alternative options are now available, says Stephen Anderson, Enkeboll Designs company president.
"The Enkeboll Collection of moldings, corbels, onlays, crowns, bases and architectural detailing, captures the integrity of old world European architecture, while contributing its own artistic aesthetic," says Anderson.
"At Enkeboll, we've successfully created a range of products that combine the homeowner's desire for individuality, the designer's love of artistry, and our passion for high quality accents."
Enkeboll's wide selection of architectural accents includes over 500 detailed moldings, mantels, aprons, panels, posts, and other woodcarvings. Select resin products are also available.
The new Villa collection, designed by Beverly Ellesly, is reminiscent of 18th Century French and Italian design, and is being continually expanded upon.
"The breadth and width of Enkeboll designs create an inspiring ambiance in any home, "says Anderson.
