Elevated building sites offer myriad rewards for those building a home not least of which is usually a panoramic view. On top of this, the company has just released a clear Low E toughened glass, which can be curved for thermal-rated continuous picture windows without the mullion joints required for double glazing.

The 10mm EnergyTech carries a U-value of 3.6, and can be used as a structural component of an exterior wall. It offers very good light transmission, and the low-emissivity coating contributes to significantly lower energy consumption and therefore, low CO2 emissions.

Glasshape's stable of specialist products includes TemperShield a toughened curved glass product that can be manufactured to 3.9m high by 2.44m wide, the largest dimensions available in Australasia. Other products include DuraShield SuperYacht glass and ArmourShield high-security glass.
