An easy flow between indoor and outdoor living areas, with spaces for enjoying both the shade and the sunshine, is essential for homes in tropical and semitropical climates.

The Augusta, the home featured on these pages, has been built by Golden Edge Homes to make the best use of a gently sloping site and to create a spacious family home with a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor living areas.
