Recognising the high standards set for the industry, Nautica Homes entered the Registered Master Builders awards programme, and won the 2008 overall award in the $1 million-plus category.

Accolades to date include six Gold and National Gold Reserve results, coupled with being overall winners of the $650,000 to $1 million (2006) and the $1 million-plus (2008) categories. Nautica Homes also won the National Heart of the Home Award.
