The interesting variety of designs at Glebe Harbour extends to an eclectic mix of architectural features. All of which were carefully selected and blended for a seamless finish.Stone walls and floor tiles from Royal Tiles are a prominent visual feature of Griffin Apartments.General manager Scott Morrant says the company created the slate stone edifices that line the public external and internal walkways. "The natural stone has a split face surface that's been cut into continuous strips," says Morrant."We specified the measurements of each panel in order to create a design that curved seamlessly around the corner of each wall. This ensures no joints can be seen anywhere on the structures."In addition to the slate walls, Royal Tiles sourced and installed the flamed granite tiles in all the common areas. These non-slip tiles are created by burning the granite in an open fire. Private areas feature a range of tiles made from porcelain, ceramic, marble and quantum quartz.
