Reputations, it is often said, are earned not given. So when a company has been at the forefront of an artistic industry for almost 150 years, their good name can be taken for granted.

Hopkins Plaster Studio has been manufacturing and installing architectural products in Australia since 1857. Today the company is managed by brothers Lorne and Lyndon Hopkins.

"It's our role to ensure that the Hopkins reputation for fine traditional decorative work continues into the next millennium," says Lorne Hopkins.

Specialising in plaster and cement moulds, the company have over 1000 products in their range. In addition, historic or modern ornamental features are custom-made to individual requirements.

Hopkins Plaster Studio supplies products for any period of architecture, from Victorian to contemporary. The company works on a variety of projects that include small residential renovations and large commercial installations.

Staff at Hopkins Plaster Studio can provide advice on wall and ceiling plaster restoration, reproduction or innovations to architects, interior designers, trades people and homeowners.
