All-round chic

Individual pieces designed for the project added to the impact of the interiors, with form and integrity of manufacture playing their part.

Custom furniture maker Woodends had a major impact on the project the company designed and manufactured a conference table, office desk, wall panels and wood furniture for all five bedrooms, says owner Michael Carson.

"We were asked to design, create and supply furniture with a high-tech aesthetic with a focus on fabrics, stainless steel, and wood finishes," says Carson. "The finishes and materials were specified by designer Lisa Bada to provide a cohesive look throughout the apartment.

"The boomerang shape of the desk was born out of necessity, taking into account the shape of the room and the need for two work spaces."

Bedroom pieces include bed pedestals, headboards, nightstands, dressers and panels. Invisible fixings on the bedroom feature panels ensured a seamless finish in keeping with the overall finely detailed aesthetic.
