Just as everyone has a favorite pie recipe, so too do they have a favorite barbecue menu be it marinated steaks, pork ribs, chicken or lobster.

DCS by Fisher & Paykel understands the need to cater to individual cooking styles, which is why the DCS Liberty Collection comprises mix and match modular elements that can be placed on stainless steel carts for easy mobility. These elements include traditional gas burners, a griddle, sink and grilling surfaces.

Fisher & Paykel's vice president sales and marketing, Laurence Mawhinney, says the All-Grill module includes the patented DCS Grease Management System® that allows you to cook everything from delicate fish to racks of ribs with ease. There is even a sear setting that provides the intense heat needed to deliver a true restaurant-quality sear.

Mawhinney says the Liberty Collection was also inspired by the fact that people love to gather around a fire and they love to get involved.

"By doing away with a grill hood and providing modular systems, the outdoor cooking experience is much more interactive for both the chef and guests," he says. "Effectively, this is an outdoor island that is simultaneously inviting and practical."
