A different angle

Warm, comfortable and healthy interiors are a prerequisite for any modern home, helped by the recognised thermal qualities of aluminium joinery.
Summit Aluminium custom manufactured the joinery used on this home to the exact specifications required by the designer. The aluminium joinery, which includes many narrow, rectangular windows, was finished with a Duralloy powdercoat in Bronco, says director Robert Brown.
"Because the joinery is highly visible, choosing the right colour to match the interior decor, while also maintaining a nice exterior aesthetic, is critical to the project," he says. "On this project, Jalcon was able to choose a colour from its collection, designed to complement the style of any home."
Ease of use, style, and functionality are part of the appeal of aluminium joinery, says Andrew Olsen, marketing manager for Jalcon Homes.
"Aluminium joinery is low maintenance and easy to clean, with a range of design options to suit almost any project."
