The owner of this home, designed by Lawrence Sumich of Sumich Architects, wanted attractive outdoor areas to complement the contemporary interiors of his two-level home.
The owner chose Tuscan Bianco honed sandstone from Original Stone for its clean appearance, longevity and non-slip qualities. The tiles' creamy colour and smooth texture also complement the exterior of the house.
A prominent design feature of this house is a terrace on the upper level with stairs leading to the lower level and garden. The sandstone tiles have been incorporated in most of these areas, as well as the front entrance.
