WORKING TO a tight schedule and with a strong focus on the investor market while offering an attractive option for both investors and homeowners was the brief for Auckland-based Eurotech Design.The interior design company was asked to supply and install custom furniture packages for the apartments, and to supply some of the kitchen appliances. Eurotech Design set out to provide products that would appeal to a wide range of consumers, says Eurotech's Sarah Weir."We chose a colour scheme that was neutral and clean with a contemporary appeal," she says. A sample unit was set up at Volt on Queen, so that furniture specifications could be matched to the proportions and dimensions of the rooms. It also allowed buyers to see the furniture in a live environment."We focused on providing a one-stop solution that was problem free," says Weir.In the kitchens, Eurotech Design sourced the microwaves, fridges, integrated rangehoods and stainless steel 1500mm benchtops.
