And in all areas, from the sidewalk to the lobby, lifts and apartment interiors, it is the extensive use of stone that sets the project apart.

WK Marble & Granite supplied a wide variety of stone products throughout the building. The external paving, balconies, pool coping and concourse feature Diamond Black flamed pavers, while the sidewalk and steps are paved with Austral Black pavers.

To heighten the sense of drama in the lobby, the developer specified large tiles in Absoluto Black granite a tile that also features as an accent on the building exterior. Both the floor of the lobby and the walls, including the circular reception centre, are tiled in the granite, which has been polished to provide a highly reflective surface, similar to a grand piano. Absoluto Black granite also features in the lifts and lift lobbies on each floor.

Nicholas Wolff of Frasers Property says the granite tiles have an arresting, vibrant quality due to the constant play of reflecting light and images.

Stone is also a key feature of the apartment interiors.Durable Quantum Quartz engineered stone in Gobi Black and Luna White can be seen on benchtops, while splashbacks and island fronts are clad in white onyx. The onyx is backlit to highlight its natural colour and distinctive patterning.

To enhance the sleek styling of the apartment living areas, the developer specified Retroglass tiled floors in Arctic White. Made from crystallised glass, these tiles have a high sheen and are renowned for their durability. Similar tiles feature on the walls and floors of the apartment bathrooms.
