Left The Trends Centre, the new base for media company Trends Publishing, includes two floors of office premises, and apartments on the top level.

Above Welcoming blue paint begins in reception and flows down the hall into the open-plan office space. The chair is from Bo Concept.

Above A steel-and-timber staircase is cantilevered through the atrium. The water feature is by Original Stone, and Fabbian Lighting supplied light fittings.

Top The reception in the Trends Centre is on the second level of the building. The couch, chair, table and lamp are by Bo Concept. Artwork is by Christian Nicholson.

Below left A five-storey glass atrium connects the new building with other buildings on the site.

Above right The Trends TV studio is custom designed for film making. The chair is by Bo Concept.

Cranium Signage worked with the in-house design team at Trends Publishing to create signs for the Trends Centre. To give the building a contemporary look, Cranium Signage produced a simple, colourful and uncluttered sign.

Office Design Group laid out the work spaces for 80 Trends staff throughout 1600m² of floor space.

Below far left Kone Elevators supplied and installed a Kone MonoSpace observation lift into the atrium of the Trends Centre.

Above The water feature adds a dramatic touch to the entrance atrium.

Below Wilco Precast manufactured and supplied black exposed aggregate precast concrete panels for the front facade of the Trends Centre.

Above Left Commercial-grade Feltex tiled carpet in Moonstruck from the Blox range is the first thing Trends staff and visitors see as they arrive.

Top The security system provides safe carparking for staff working late at night or arriving early in the morning.

Below Fabbian Lighting chose hanging pendant lights to create a sculptural effect in the boardroom, and also to transform the space for evening functions.
