Touch of class Yellowfox fitout of Cameron Park
Cameron Park townhouses feature Yellowfox fit-out
In terms of interior design it can be as much about who you know as what you know. An interiors company with all the right connections in the building industry can bring together just the right look on time and on budget.
So when the developer of Cameron Park, Elemental Construction Solutions, was looking for residential interiors to suit the traditional village green feel of the architecture, the firm approached Yellowfox.
An enclave of 59 terrace townhouses, the Cameron Park development has been designed with an English village in mind and each house has its own grassy courtyard, says Yellowfox designer Peta Davy.
"To complement this look on the interiors, we chose light, neutral tones, with added texture and gloss levels. These bring a refined, spacious feel. Vicenza textured woodgrain floors from Polyflor's Firenze collection and cabinetry in Bestwood Melamine Washed Oak Woodgrain Finish add warmth and a sense of English charm to the open-plan spaces. The kitchen is by Hostess Kitchens Hamilton.
"Bathroom floorings are in Bologna, also from the Firenze collection, and the Augusta Maypark wool carpet by Norman Ellison adds to the plush feel of the bedrooms," says Davy.
The combination of accomplished interior design and Yellowfox's many industry contacts ensured the project was completed to the total satisfaction of the developer and within time.
