This industrial family bathroom is both beautiful and practical, utilising the space perfectly. Although all in one room, there are 3 private zones; Wash area, shower and Toilet.

The bathroom has a feature freestanding bath with a floor mounted spout, ideally placed under a picture window overlooking the rainforest inspired garden. The focal feature of this outstanding bathroom is the custom made precast cantilevered concrete vanity with floating timber veneer utility drawers that feature white two pack display shelving. The vast selection of mood lighting offers ambience for all occasions. Tucked away behind the 2400mm partition wall is a shower recess to the left and WC to the right.

The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling in concrete inspired 600 x 600 rectified edged tiles with tiled niche’s in both the shower and above the bath. The design set out of multiple shaped, minimalistic mirrors creates a camouflaged effect reflecting the concrete inspired tiles.

Ensuite – Complimentary to the main bathroom, this open style yet private ensuite offers the essential requirements for the adjoining master bedroom. A separate WC provides the necessary privacy without interfering with the flow from the main bedroom to the ensuite. The finishes in the ensuite replicate those of the family bathroom with minimalistic mirrors, wall hung timber veneer drawers and a custom made precast canter levered concrete vanity creating a harmonious relationship with the family bathroom. The high set picture windows allow for plenty of natural light while keeping the room private without the need for window furnishings. The minimalistic fixed glass shower panel maximises space and gives an overall open spatial affect.
