Using a construction company with business senseand a high level of communication has ensuredthis remodel is a success for the homeowners

When clients return to a company they have used previously, it is testament to the work that was done.
Ken and Elizabeth Richards were so pleased with the remodeling done on their house five years ago, that they not only returned to Weidmann & Associates when they needed further remodeling, but also promote its services to friends and family.
"Weidmann design as well as build, so they understand the importance of keeping the client informed as to what everything is going to cost and how long it will all take, which is so important when you have people working in your home," says Elizabeth Richards.

Weidmann & Associates first sourced an architect to draw up some preliminary sketches that reflected the Richards' desires. Elizabeth Richards says that from there, the couple worked as a team with Weidmann & Associates and the architect in creating plans for the remodel.
"Each stage of the project was priced by the company as we progressed. We always knew where we stood," she says.
As the couple were often away during the day, they appreciated the company's initiative in leaving a daily report stating the details of the work that had been executed, along with a record of the people who were in the home. Elizabeth Richards says it is this honest view to business that makes Weidmann & Associates stand out for them.

"They created a working relationship with us. With construction, sometimes there are things happening that you can't see such as plumbing. We could come home and know exactly what had been done, and also what would need to be finished the following day," she says.
Weidmann & Associates also made the couple aware of any potential time- and money-saving alternatives in the planning and construction processes.
