The homeowner wanted a warm, classic look with exposed hinges, character wood, and distressed paint finishes. A variety of stains and paints on the cabinets, refrigerator hutch and island created a distinct style. Crimson Creme granite and distressed wood tops were used along with a farmhouse sink, professional Wolf range, built-in decorative hood, and DishDrawers.

The backsplash has rhomboid tiles in marble, metal, and stone, with Rooster medallions in the hood area. Columns and corbels on the main cabinets add to the furniture look of this impactful kitchen.
