Although not hand assembled, CornuFe cookers are constructed from the same materials as the Chateau range: cast iron, solid brass, nickel, stainless steel and porcelain enamel. Other characteristics are also shared: professional-strength burners, a solid top and a vaulted oven with an airtight door that ensures food cooked in a La Cornue oven retains its flavour and juices.
Chateau cookers can be fully customised. Gas and/or electric ovens can be specified, and there is a choice of 26colours and 12 trim options. The CornuFe possesses two electric ovens one multifunction and one convection.
