Other characteristics are also shared: professional-strength burners, a solid top, and a vaulted oven with an airtight door that ensures food cooked in a La Cornue oven retains its flavour and juices.Chateau cookers can be fully customised. Gas and/or electric ovens can be specified, and there is a choice of 26 colours and 12 trim options. The CornuFe possesses two electric ovens one multifunction and one convection.
