Good design shouldn't be limited to the larger elements in the kitchen. Smaller appliances and accessories have an equal contribution to make.

Hansgrohe has designed and manufactured bathroom faucets for more than 100 years, and in the past 25 years has transferred this expertise to its kitchen selection. Hansgrohe communications manager Andrea Whitlow says the company's designs are influenced by the desire of today's consumers to have a distinctive and user-friendly kitchen.

"Two new kitchen faucets, Allegro and Allegro Gourmet, are characterized by attention to design detail, functionality and quality," she says.

With Allegro's high spout, users can maneuver large pots around the sink area easily. Also, the spout's flattened, more parallel arc offers extra clearance, and users have extra space for filling pots, cleaning large kitchen items and washing food. Similar features but a more arching spout make the Allegro Gourmet an alternative choice for the kitchen.

The Axor Citterio kitchen collection features a mix of angular and rounded forms. Available in chrome and Steel Optik, these faucets have innovative designs and ergonomically styled handles.

The Hansgrohe kitchen selection includes a broad array of more than 100 products. Features include pull-out sprays, multiple spray modes and higher spouts.
