Audio Video Designs (AVD) specialises in importing quality custom audio visual electronics. Here, AVD provided multi-room sound and audio visual equipment, a home theatre system, and preset lighting control, all of which needed to be intuitive and easy to use, says director Charles Speedy.

"The client wanted lighting control in the home theatre, the kitchen and the living room. We installed Lutron Grafik Eye preset lighting control units that select scene lighting and can be operated from the keypads or by remote control."

SpeakerCraft in-wall speakers were installed around the home along with six custom-made brushed stainless keypads. The system can be upgraded to include iPod-controllable keypads.

"We source and import only performance-proven home systems from the United States."
