Thousands of viewers already enjoy the benefits of Foxtel iQ, which is a personal digital recorder that provides a way to get expanded features for the Foxtel Digital service.

With Foxtel iQ you can pause and rewind live TV on Foxtel Digital, record a whole series with the touch of a button, record two programmes at once, and record around 60 hours of programming, depending on the programmes selected.

Before long, TV viewing will become even more customised Foxtel is planning two new services for its Foxtel iQ subscribers. Foxtel On Demand will give subscribers access to some of Foxtel's best programmes on one menu, and it will be available for instant, on-demand viewing. This will include Australian TV firsts, channel exclusive programmes, local programmes and blockbuster movies.

Foxtel is also planning an online booking service so subscribers can programme the Foxtel iQ remotely via the Foxtel website, to record shows. Subscribers will be able to search the Foxtel TV guide and book a recording on the Foxtel iQ box any time and anywhere they want, as long as they have access to the internet.

Foxtel Digital offers quality programming and choice that is simply not available on regular television. Viewing options include nine dedicated movie channels, inspiring documentary, biography and history channels, multi award-winning drama shows, breaking news and comprehensive, 24-hour sports coverage.

Foxtel iQ is not available to some homes, and Foxtel iQ features are not available on enhanced features. A fixed home phone line is required.
