Room to move
Innovative architectural detailing, voids and large spaces are all features of homes designed and built by Paradise Homes
Spacious, open-plan living areas overlooking landscaped gardens and generously proportioned bedrooms help to lend an air of luxury to a home.
These features are all found in Paradise Homes' newest two-level home set on a small lot in the character area of Tarragindi in Brisbane.
Open-plan living areas on the ground level of this home flow through sliding stacking doors to the rear, which features Paradise Homes' signature feature, a Sala, or outdoor living space. Beyond this, the swimming pool is enclosed by a stone wall along the rear boundary.
Wide circulation spaces, high ceilings, a two-level void above the dining area and an open riser staircase all contribute to the light, airy feeling of the home.
Upstairs is the master suite with its spacious ensuite, which was a finalist in the HIA 2006 Bathroom Projects over $15,000. This bathroom, with its double shower, island-set spa bath, double vanities and LCD TVs, is separated from the master bedroom by a sheer glass wall. Also on this level are another three generously proportioned bedrooms and a bathroom.
Paradise Homes, a long-standing member of the Housing Industry Association, and regular award winner, has been building homes in Queensland since 1972.
