The Heat & Glo 6000 balanced flue fire in the main living room features realistic ceramic-fibre campfire-style logs and comes complete with a multifunction remote control for easy operation.

The balanced flue gas fire is a completely sealed system, which draws all the combusted air from outdoors so there is no effect on indoor air quality. In addition, cold drafts are eliminated and heat output is maximised.

The fire's technology allows venting off the top or rear, which provides placement flexibility.

The outdoor living area features Heat & Glo's Dakota fire. The company says this is the first gas fireplace developed specifically for outdoor use. The Dakota has a weatherproof, stainless steel construction with a traditional, brick-look interior.

The Fireplace, which was established 28 years ago, has five showrooms in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
