A love of plants and gardening is common to many of us, but sometimes we need a helping hand to get started.
The team at CGC Landscape Company shares this passion for plants and has been designing and building gardens in the Bay of Plenty region for the past seven years.
David Clayton-Greene brings 20 years' landscaping experience to the business. His partner Robyn Matheson produces the company's hand-drawn and coloured landscape plans.
Clayton-Greene says CGC specialises in landscape design and implementing soft landscapes.
The company offers a complete design-and-build service, as well as a consultancy service to help clients meet resource consent requirements.
CGC designed and built the gardens featured here. In the main picture, mature queen palms were brought in to tie the home to its surrounding landscape and frame key views. Planting was kept simple to create an expansive sub-tropical feel.
The other garden features a contemporary design incorporating geometric shapes, palms and cycads.
