And naturally a leading-edge modular design benefits from an interior design of equal charm and versatility.The Smarter Small Home, designed by Mark McLeay of Creative Arch, offers an affordable modular home which is space efficient and eco friendly, with a strong architectural form. In addition, the design is flexible enough for a two-storey or a single-level home. The roof can be mono pitch or gable, and varying cladding and end treatments can create different architectural treatments within the same footprint.Yellowfox was delighted to be selected as the interior design team for the Smarter Small Home, says designer Teri Donnelly, who together with Peta Davy, designed the interiors."The eco-friendly tag naturally meant using only VOC-free products on the project, and the interiors had to set off the architectural features and enhance the overall feeling of space. Touch of class Yellowfox fitout of Cameron Park "We chose planet-friendly Expona Natural Oak Washed vinyl planking by Polyflor for most areas, which was laid by Flooring Studio."The entertainer's kitchen was created by Craftwood Kitchens, with Bestwood Melamine in Arctic White for the cabinetry and accents in Bestwood Piper Embossed."In the bedrooms, the solution-dyed nylon Norman Ellison carpet is in Tongariro Pumice and wardrobes are in Bestwood Piper."The Smarter Small Home display home is furnished by Living Edge, with the window treatments by Lisa Marcellus of The Designers Library. Interior hardware is by Windsor Brass.
