Open to view Vantage joinery from Able Aluminium

This new show home on Manukau Rd in Pukekohe has such an easy connection, thanks to new flush-profile joinery from APL Vantage Joinery. Joinery specialist Able Aluminium supplied and installed Duo sliders from the Vantage Residential Series.

Builder Victor Martinovich says the joinery fits with the home's modern architecture, which provides a light, airy interior with raked ceilings.

"The doors and windows were customised, and are double glazed, with 6mm tinted glass. Other joinery includes large horizontal windows, as well as awning and casement windows. All the joinery features ergonomic Silver Pearl Miro hardware."

Doors and windows are easy to open and close, thanks to innovations such as the Vantage bottom roller system, which carries the weight of the door on the sill, rather than the top of the frame.

Martinovich says his firm and Able Aluminium have the benefit of a close relationship.
