Paving a large area poses its own challenges a uniform colour can be overwhelming, and a light shade may reflect too much glare.
For the owners of this country property, the solution was a natural stone that would provide subtle colour variations. Jagas Paving & Stone supplied hand-split and hand-cut Coromandel Mint sandstone in four sizes: 900 x 600mm, 600 x 600mm, 600 x 290mm and 290 x 290mm.
Jagas director Robert Sweet says the paving fitted the owners' requirements for a nonslip paving that would not fade. Similar paving will be installed around a new pool this summer.
