NABERSNZ Conference in Wellington and Auckland

Just recently the Governor of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand called for greater action on climate change. The Zero Carbon Act will be passed this year. The Climate Leaders Coalition is also driving real change. 80 of New Zealand’s largest businesses have all pledged to measure and significantly reduce their carbon impacts through all they do.

This session, put on by EECA Business and the New Zealand Green Building Council, shows how measuring and improving the energy performance of your buildings reduces costs, lowers carbon and makes them more attractive to tenants. The session will discuss the perspectives of international and local investors and how they are using green ratings, such as NABERSNZ, as indicators of sound management of property assets.
