Mossman apartments with a Mayor Tempio façade
This recently completed high end apartment complex in Mossman utilises the Mayor Tempio façade tiles and baguettes as its primary cladding. The architects from Bates Smart were looking for a cladding material which was low maintenance, colour fast and allowed the building to blend with the heritage area of Sydney
A quality, ventilated facade can be the difference between a stunning commercial development and just another office or factory. Mayor Tempio tiles and baguettes are one of the best ways of setting a building apart. Why consider a Mayor Tempio ventilated facade?Reduced energy costs, passive ventilation, non-combustible with excellent thermal properties are just some of the benefits achieved with a Tempio ventilated faced. The Mayor Tempio ventilated façade has a wide range of baguette and tile profiles in various modules up to 500mm wide and 1500mm long. The baguettes and tiles are available in a natural, matt glaze and gloss glaze with an excellent colour pallet.About The Tile PeopleEstablished in 1999, The Tile People specialise in residential and commercial projects working directly with clients, architects, designers and builders.
