IN KEEPING with the upmarket, resort-style landscaping and amenities at Circle on Cavill, there is a variety of water features and swimming and spa pools. These were built by L&V Project Pools, in conjunction with Sunland Constructions and the design team.

L&V Project Pools, which specialises in the construction of large-scale concrete pools for the hospitality and apartment sectors, applied a variety of finishes to the pools in this project.

The pools include a 31.4m x 12.3m salt-chlorinated recreational swimming pool with cascading water features on level 3 of the north tower. The pool is next to a separate 25m x 6m heated, salt-chlorinated lap pool.

L&V Project Pools also built a 25m x 4m heated, salt-chlorinated lap pool and heated spa pool on level 4 of the south tower.

In addition to the communal pool facilities, the company built heated, salt-chlorinated pools for each of the two penthouses, one of which also has a spa. Business owner Michael Laffey says all the pools were built on either anti-vibration rubber mounts or acoustically rated spring systems to eliminate noise transfer.
