Interior design by JJL

From the interior designer:

The Great Room, by Industrious, is a top-tier Co-working company aiming at providing its business tenants not only with a workplace, but also with spaces that supports their needs for meetings, events, and client-facing activities.

The concept is to provide a space on par with high-end hospitality business suites – never putting a tenant in a situation where they would have to leave the facility to meet their clients in an external venue.

The ethos of the company, 'It’s all work, It’s all play', is reflected in a built environment that is more reminiscent of a 5-star hotel than of an office space.

The Great Room partnered with JLL to design and manage the construction of their new location in Bangkok, spanning 3413m² across two floors in the newly completed LEED & WELL certified (Gold) Park Silom mixed-use tower.

JLL brought its expertise in corporate interiors to plan and design a space both consistent with The Great Room brand identity and relevant to the rich history of the location, Silom Road, one of the oldest streets of Bangkok and home of a vibrant community.

The project comprises more than 50 business suites, from individual offices to 50+PAX team spaces, supported by a mix of shared and dedicated meeting spaces and by pantries and lounges.

Simultaneously, emphasis is put on community spaces, with a footprint of more than 25% of the total usable area dedicated to a stunning 200m² 'Drawing Room' atrium with its dedicated bar, a 160m² 'WorkH all' library, a suite of boardrooms and dining rooms, a flexible multi-events space and a Member’s Lounge.
