Director Len Wallis says the company chose this format so customers can relate to familiar living spaces, which showcase various levels and types of technology.

"These range from a simple, multi-room audio system to a complete smart house system," he says. "Even the cabling needed to achieve these projects has been exposed in the garage."

Wallis says all the systems can be operated easily, even by people who have little or no experience with the technology.

"In the showroom people can touch a button and see what the result is rather than reading about it and trying to imagine the outcome."
