Innovation and flexibility induction technology by Bosch from BSH Home Appliances
Induction technology by Bosch from BSH Home Appliances

When a company celebrates its 125th anniversary, you can be sure there's a long and impressive history that is driving it forward into the next century.
That is precisely the case for Bosch Home Appliances, the German-based appliance manufacturer that keeps raising the benchmark for appliance design. As the firm celebrates its anniversary this year, and the 150th birthday of its founder, Bosch is turning heads with new, advanced appliances, such as induction cooktops.

The demand for induction cooking is steadily increasing as consumers discover the appeal of extra-fast, energy-efficient cooking that generates heat in the pot, rather than on the cooking surface.
Bosch induction cooktops feature automatic pot detection, which alters the size of the cooking zone to suit the pot. In addition, the PIL975L34E cooktop has infrared sensors for the two rear cooking zones and nine auto cooking programmes, which regulate the cooking so saucepan contents don't boil over.

There is also a frying sensor, and a power boost function, which is ideal for bringing large pots of water to the boil.
