And for most cooks, it's the smaller appliances that make the difference. The Sunbeam Cafe Series is a collection of appliances inspired by heavy-duty appliances normally only found in restaurants, cafes, bars and delicatessens.

With its precision engineering, the Cafe Series is designed to deliver top performance, says Sunbeam's marketingmanager Warren Roach. The appliances, which are made from stainless and chromed steel, glass and die-cast alloy, are robust enough to be used every day.

The Cafe Series is also designed to look right at home in contemporary kitchens. Appliances featured on these pages include the Sunbeam Cafe Juice, which features a heavy-duty 750W motor for juicing soft or hard fruit and vegetables.

The Sunbeam Mixmaster Professional on the island has a heavy duty die-cast metal body and twin-motor action. One motor drives the beaters, the other drives the bowl resulting in a powerful and thorough mixing result.

Other Sunbeam appliances include the Cafe Barista, Alur stainless cordless kettle, Cafe Press for sandwich making, Blender, Milk Bar and Stainless Professional Wok.
