Guthrie Bowron concept store opens
Home envy is a thing of the past when you know where to go to get help for your interior.
The new Guthrie Bowron Inspired concept store is set to transform home interiors for good. The store, which opened at The Apex Mega Centre in Mt Wellington at the end of May, presents home furnishings in a whole new light.
CEO Steve Salmon says Guthrie Bowron's approach to retail recognises the eclectic nature of our living environments. For example, you might find paints and wallpapers right next to Pure Fiji products, cosmetics and Bodum coffee makers and glassware.
"As the name suggests, it's all about inspiration," Salmon says. "Homewares, furniture, manchester, bed and bathroom furnishings are all displayed in room settings so customers can see how to create a co-ordinated look."
Paint selection is also easy. Paints are mixed in a glass-walled paint lab, where again, the emphasis is on colour selection and mixing and matching paints with other products.
Experienced consultants are on hand to help with queries, make suggestions and offer decorating advice as required. Guthrie Bowron also offers a free measure and quote service.
