Family features
Distinctive facades that were made for each other front the E:Line range from Electrolux
Today's open-plan kitchens should present a stand-out affirmation of your good taste. An important first step is ensuring your new kitchen appliances are well co-ordinated.
The E:Line collection from Electrolux reflects this fast-growing European trend towards appliances that belong to the same family. Clean lines, horizontal pewter-toned glass bands and mark-resistant stainless steel exteriors on all E:Line appliances ensure their aesthetic harmony.
Behind their collective good looks lie the E:Line appliances' individual features.
Intuitive E:Line wall ovens provide a good example, with read-outs so logical that the manual never needs to leave the cupboard. The IOI (intuitive oven interface) lets you operate the oven instinctively, following logical push-button progressions. Clear, wide screens display simple words instead of confusing icons, and everything from recipes to the dinner's progress can be read at a glance. The E:Line oven's physical operation is equally well considered. Clever practical features include multi-position rack settings, three-light illumination, and telescopic baking and grill trays.
Electrolux's E:Line gas-over-glass hob has the same attention to detail its flat ceramic glass base contributes to a pared-back look and is easy to clean. Flame failure sensors ensure the hob is safe as well as sleek.
With controls set discretely into the door edge, the E:Line dishwasher also has a minimalist presence. An Aquapulse® wash system and auto sensors ensure water use is also minimised the dishwasher uses less than 15 litres per load on auto wash. On this setting, advanced load and turbidity sensors intuitively detect load size and soil level, then activate the half- or full-load sub-program accordingly.
