Right House was initially involved in the the Lite-House project by providing detailed design advice and analysis on passive solar gains and ventilation requirements. This included extensive computer modeling to maximize energy efficiency performance.

Right House also specified, supplied and installed an integrated energy efficiency solution that provided above-code insulation, a Rinnai solar hot water heating system, a heat pump system for heating and cooling, and an integrated electricity generation system.
