In keeping with the contemporary feel of the house, the front entrance, kitchen and dining areas feature concrete floors. These continue out onto the covered terraces.

The floors were ground and polished by Brayco Floor Preparation. The company used three grades of diamond grinder to achieve a high-level polish. Three coats of sealant were then applied to give the floor a high-gloss, wet-look finish.
