designer showpiece
The new premises of design firm Yellowfox go beyond office space they arean embodiment of the products the company specifies to its clients
Moving into new premises provides more than an opportunity to chuck out the accumulated detritus you no longer need. Properly planned, the new premises should be a showcase that reflects your company's ethos now and into the future.
Yellowfox specialises in providing design services for kitchen, bathroom, laundry, home office and wardrobe projects, along with interior and exterior colour schemes, within the framework of building strong associations with well-known, respected companies in the industry, says business manager Shelley Brockliss.
"The new premises gave us the chance to display all of the products that Yellowfox specifies for its clients in a fully functional setting that mirrors their intended use."
The Yellowfox team have deliberately kept their offices understated, keeping most of the furniture and cabinetry white for a classic, contemporary look, says designer Claire Bruford.
"We didn't want our clients overwhelmed while they were trying to decide on colours for their own homes. In addition, the white furniture helps to bounce natural light around the space, making it a light, bright and breezy office."
As well as offering a comprehensive design service, the Yellowfox team will be carrying out a series of design workshops and seminars at the premises, tailored to areas of interest to its clients, says designer Andrea White.
