When a home is large and has very spacious rooms, it is essential this is reflected in the quality and scale of furnishings and accessories. The owners already had an original Baccarat chandelier in the dining room, and this provided a starting point for selecting further chandeliers.
To suit the dimensions of the front entrance, Baccarat customized a three-tiered chandelier with 60 lights. The company worked on the design, then it was handmade at Baccarat's French factory.
Baccarat also customized its 36-light, black crystal chandelier, originally designed by Philippe Starck, to hang over the hot tub, and produced black sconces to match. It also produced clear sconces to match the owners' original chandelier in the dining room.
Baccarat, a 243-year-old French luxury crystal company that creates products such as chandeliers, sconces, candelabras, furniture, vases and decorative items, works with other renowned designers such as Vicente Wolf, Arik Levy and Patrice Butler.
