"In most instances, having a greenfield site to work on reduces the number of complications. However, with Kimi Ora, the site was sandwiched between two existing schools, which required some delicate coordination to ensure any disruption was kept to a minimum."

As the main contractor on the project, the Maycroft team also had to coordinate the more than 40 subcontractors who worked on the project.
