Brick and style
Modern design and classic features help the Avoca by Bellevale Homes create impact
Everyone wants to build a new home that retains its quality of finish for many generations. Achieving this means selecting a home design that can be adapted to changing family needs and is built to last.
When choosing which house design to build, most buyers are usually determined to choose with their head, selecting the home that best suits their needs. However, Bellevale Homes says its research reveals that buyers often make their selection based on their heart.
"It's the overall visual appeal of a home that they fall in love with," says Alan Sullivan, sales and marketing manager of Bellevale Homes.
"Strong design and stylish interiors create visual impact. With five distinct facade options and numerous interior features, including a character staircase, the Avoca is an excellent example of this philosophy in action," says Sullivan.
The Avoca is a four-bedroom, two storey family home. Double doors beneath a covered portico create an immediate sense of arrival. The doors open to a spacious entrance, off which are located the formal living and dining areas. A hallway leads into a well-designed, informal section of the home, comprising a large games room, suitable for use as a home theatre, pool-room or teenage retreat. Large glass doors lead to the rear garden, providing an ideal outdoor entertaining area, also allowing light to flood the home.
A generous study is located on the ground floor, set apart from the informal living areas. An expansive outlook through a large window to the rear offers a picturesque view of the back garden.
The main bedroom is on the second level, located at the front of the home. It features a spacious ensuite with shower and twin hand basins, a walk-in wardrobe, and a generous balcony.
A gallery, designed as a music area or place of solitude, separates the main bedroom from the other three bedrooms located to the rear of the home. The remaining bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and are located close to a large family bathroom.
"Bellevale Homes is committed to creating homes for the future which generate maximum energy efficiency. The Avoca exceeds the NSW's Government's Basix regulations and has received a 5-star Nathers rating, well in excess of the 3.5 stars required," says Sullivan.
"Bellevale Homes' is committed to providing the best possible house at the most affordable price. While the standard is a seven-year warranty on a new home, Bellevale Homes gives each home a 25-year, transferable warranty."
The quality of Bellevale homes has been recognised over 12 times since 1995, including being named national category winner in the MBA Excellence in Housing awards.
