If a builder is as good as their tools, then a developer is equally reliant on a high standard of supplier. Bowens has a long-standing relationship with Pace, and supplied all building products used externally on the 8 Willis Street apartments.

These included James Hardie cladding, and HardiTex® base sheets. All decks were built using Merbau decking and this was also supplied by Bowens, together with all Posi struts and trusses.
