Art glass backsplashes are created by carving and gilding designs onto the back of pure Starphire glass. They are then enhanced with metallic leaf and paints. The style of glass allows for brilliantly clear colors and an easily maintained surface. For those wishing to complement the aesthetic of modern appliances, brushed stainless steel backgrounds are another option.
