The Japanese are renowned for their understated and elegant styling. Their design philosophy is based on the principles of harmony, simplicity and a sense of balance and proportion.

Recognising the wide appeal of this look, Kohler chose to incorporate it intothe newly released Escale bathroom suite.

Conceived along the lines of a sail in the wind and based on the sculpted forms of Japanese ceramic tableware, the minimalist forms of the Escale bathroom suite allow you to construct a distinctive and timeless bathroom design.

With its integral, one-piece apron and fully encapsulated baseboard, the Escale freestanding bath features smooth, clean lines and a built-in head cushion for additional comfort.

The same minimalist design is reflected in the Escale selection of pedestal washbasins, vessels and vanity basins. Escale also features furniture options combining vessels and washbasins in oak veneer.

The Escale toilet suite features concealed floor fixings and a variable outlet for easy replacement of low-level or bottom pan outlets.

Another appealing feature is its soft-close seat, which ensures the toilet seat is never inadvertently left up.
