A class apart
Cabinet doors from Classwood give your kitchen the perfect finishing touch
Everyone who has admired a stylish kitchen knows that cabinet doors are a key design component. But perhaps not everyone is aware of the wide range of styles and finishes available to today's kitchen designers and manufacturers.
Classwood Doors has the largest range of timber cabinet door profiles in New Zealand, says owner Brenton Turley.
"Our entire focus is on cabinet doors. We manufacture within a select product range timber, MDF, aluminium and glass which enables us to give full attention to both design and production details," Turley says.
Timber's distinctive grain variations and attractive appearance are not the only reasons for its enduring appeal. A little sanding back is all it requires to restore worn wooden doors to a pristine, original state. And as a natural, renewable resource, timber is an environmentally responsible choice. Classwood supplies its timber and MDF doors ready for lacquer, but finish coating can be arranged.
"For contemporary kitchen accents, we've noticed a strong trend towards aluminium and glass," says Turley. "All raw materials for these products are made here, for the fastest possible turnaround."
