Czech Designer Petr Badura has created this unique chair from one piece of bent aluminium. The mono chair only has two rear legs - the front two come from the person sitting in the seat. The object and its user are completely interdependent in the case of this design. The Designer had this to say: "The whole idea of this product is in the fact that the chair is an object that serves the man and is fully dependent on him. So, this chair can’t work without a person. A person is thus required for the very chair to be complete. When someone is sitting on this chair, their legs have to be bent at the knees at 90-degree angle. In this position the body weight is distributed and pressure on the legs is minimal."Photo by Richard Kucera Guzman
